摘 要:将玉米秸秆碱抽提木质素进行氧化、胺化和磺化改性,制备出一种具有较好表面活性的磺化木质素。研究了木质素氧化前后分子结构特性的变化及胺化磺化改性对木质素的水溶性和表面活性的影响。凝胶渗透色谱结果显示,氧化后木质素的相对分子质量有一定程度的降低,且相对分子质量分布变窄。离子差示紫外光谱数据表明,氧化后木质素的酚羟基含量有明显增加。表面张力数据显示,磺化木质素能有效地降低水的表面张力,且最低降至41.2mN/m,表明磺化木质素具有较好表面活性。A sulfonated lignin with enhanced surface activity was prepared from corn stalk alkali extracted lignin by oxidation,amination and sulfonation.The variation in structural characteristics of oxidized lignin was investigated.The impacts of amination and sulfonation on the solubility and surface activity were investigated.Experimental data indicated that the oxidation led to a reduced relative molecular mass and a narrower relative molecular mass distribution.Ionization difference UV spectra indicated that oxidation resulted in an increase of phenolic hydroxyl content.The surface tension of aqueous sulfonated lignin solution was reduced to a minimum of 41.2mN/m indicating that the sulfonated lignin exhibited good surface activity.
