摘  要:研究了脱墨后办公废纸(MOW)屑常压两段酸水解的影响因素和工艺条件,并通过单因素试验和正交试验对水解条件进行了优化。结果表明,常压两段酸水解较优的水解工艺条件为:浓酸段预处理中,酸浓度60%,水解温度60℃,水解时间30min,酸固比18∶1;稀酸段水解中,水解温度100℃,水解时间180min,酸固比150∶1。在该优化条件下,总糖得率可达96.55%。The two-stage acid hydrolysis process conditions of alkaline deinked MOW scraps were studied and the best process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The result showed that the optimum conditions of hydrolysis technology for two-stage acid hydrolysis under normal pressure were as follows: in the first stage of pretreatment with concentrated acid,acid concentration was 60%,hydrolysis temperature was 60℃,hydrolysis time was 30min and ratio of acid to solid was 18 ∶1;in the second stage of hydrolysis with diluted acid,hydrolysis temperature was 100℃,hydrolysis time was 180min and ratio of acid to solid was 150 ∶1.The total sugar yield in the hydrolyzate could be up to 96.55%.The technology of two-stage acid hydrolysis under normal pressure has advantages of moderate condition,simple flow,low cost,high total sugar yield and promising application prospect.
