煤焦制备活性炭及其在造纸废水处理中的应用

摘  要:以煤焦为原料分别采用物理法和化学法制备活性炭,对制备工艺及产品性能进行了系统研究,并对制备的活性炭在造纸废水处理的应用进行了探讨。实验结果表明,活性炭的吸附性能随活化温度的升高而增加,在实验条件下800℃时达到最大值;化学活化法中活化温度为800℃,煤焦与碳酸钾用量比在1∶1.5时制备的活性炭性能最好,对应的亚甲基蓝吸附值为8.2mg/g,焦糖脱色率为51.9%,碘吸附值为194.3mg/g;制备的活性炭用于处理造纸废水,在活性炭用量8g/100mL造纸废水时,CODCr由331mg/L下降到102mg/L,CODCr去除率为69%。Active carbon was produced from coal-based coke by physical and chemical methods.The preparation technology and properties of the products were investigated.The application of produced active carbon on treating papermaking wastewater was researched.The results show that the adsorption property of active carbon is improved with temperature increasing,and the optimum temperature under experimental condition is 800℃;The best property of active carbon can be obtained in chemical methods when the ratio of coal-based coke to potassium carbonate is 1∶1.5 at 800℃,.Under this condition,the methylene blue adsorption value is 8.2mg/g,and the caramel decolourization is 51.9%.At the same time,the lodine adsorption value reaches 194.3mg/g.The produced active carbon can be used to treat papermaking wastewater,CODCr decreases from 331mg/L to 102mg/L while the removal rate is 69% when using 8g active carbon in 100mL papermaking wastewater.
