摘　　要：社会和电网建设的发展,对电能计量提出了新要求,迫切需要提高电能计量专业化服务能力。探讨了上海市电力公司电能计量中心关于电能计量专业化服务体系的建设构想及具体内容,讨论了关于电能计量专业服务体系的保障措施。Developing of social and power network construction needs electrical energy measurement meeting new requirements,a specialized service system is critically in demanding.The constructing planning and its content for such system of electrical energy measurement center of SMEPC are discussed,as well as the protecting measures for the system.
