摘  要:以铅酸电池生产废弃物——废弃淋酸铅膏、分片废粉及报废极板铅膏等为原料,通过烧结法制备三碱式硫酸铅(3BS)、四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)及4BS-铅酸钡(BaPbO3)等3种添加剂,方法简便有效,产品纯度达94%以上,可直接用于铅膏生产。与普通铅酸电池相比,使用制备的3BS、4BS及4BS-BaPbO3添加剂的铅酸电池,容量分别为98.4%、103.2%和104.8%,大电流放电能力分别提高0.5%、0.5%和2.0%,循环寿命分别增加54次、50次和5次。Tribasic lead sulphate (3BS), tetrabasie lead sulphate (4BS) and 4BS-barium lead oxide (BaPbO3) additives were prepared by the method of sintering with the scraps from the produetion of lead-acid battery involved the scrap lead paste, the reclaimed lead powder and the scrap pole plates. The method was simple and effective,all of the contents of additives were more than 94%, the additives eould be used in the production of lead paste directly. Compared with eommon lead-aeid battery, the eapaeity of lead-acid battery using prepared 3BS,4BS and 4BS-BaPbO3 additives was 98.4%, 103.2% and 104.8%, respectively, the heavy load abihty increased 0.5 %, 0.5 % and 2.0 %, respectively, the cycle life prolonged 54 cycles, 50 cycles and 5 cycles, respectively.
