摘 要:目的 观察有氧运动刺激引起的T淋巴细胞功能的变化过程,探讨有氧运动对人体T细胞免疫功能的影响及机制.方法 随机选择未经体育训练的普通健康女大学生16名,进行连续56天的有氧训练,每日分别在功率自行车(90 w,60 r/min,15 min)和活动跑台(9 km/h,坡度为0°,15 min)上进行总时间为30 min的有氧运动.选择第1,7,14,28,42,56天作为测试日,测试运动负荷为活动跑台(9 km/h,坡度为0°,15 min),于运动前、运动后即刻、运动后1 h抽取静脉血,用PHA刺激使淋巴细胞发生分裂增殖,用MTT比色法测定T淋巴细胞转化率,计算刺激指数SI值,来反映T细胞的活性和功能.结果 在第1天有氧运动后SI值表现为明显降低,从运动前1.117±0.174下降到运动后即刻的0.866±0.132(t=6.605,P〈0.01),运动后恢复1 h为0.885±0.122 (t=7.037,P〈0.01),未出现明显恢复.在第7,14,28,42,56天的应激反应中,SI在运动后均降低,第14天降低幅度达到最大,在第28,42,56天降低幅度逐渐减弱,运动前SI值在前4周处于持续明显降低,第28天运动前SI值为0.972±0.114(t=2.536,P〈0.05),第42,56天运动前SI值恢复至1.114±0.124(t=0.651,P〉0.05),1.125±0.097(t=0.225,P〉0.05).结论 有氧运动刺激引起T淋巴细胞的活性降低,降低程度与机体对运动负荷的适应程度有关,T细胞免疫功能表现出前4周的免疫抑制和后4周的逐渐适应过程,依赖于体内神经内分泌免疫网络的调节作用,以及免疫细胞、免疫因子的调节作用.Objective To observed the response on T-lymphocyte activity during aerobic exercise training,tried to shed some light on the effect of aerobic exercise on cellular immunity and mechanism. Methods Random selected 16 female healthy untrained college students as subjects,executed 56 days of aerobic continuous training. The daily exercise program including riding on ergometer (90 w,60 r/rain, 15 rain) and running on treadmill (9 km/h,slope 0"C, 15 min) respectively on the total time for 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. Selected the 1,7,14,28,42,56th day astest days. Venous blood were extracted before load,just after load and recovery lh after load. The testing load is running on treadmill (9km/h,slope 0'C, 15 min). Lymphocyte were divided and proliferation stimulated by PHA. Determined T-lymphocyte percent conversion by MTT colorimetric method,calculated stimulated index (SI),to reflect activity and function of T-lymphocyte. Results In the first day after aerobic exercise,SI reduced obviously from 1. 117±0. 174 before load to 0. 866±0. 132 (t=6. 605,P %0.01) just after load, 0. 885±0. 122 (t=7. 037,P%0. 01) lh after load,appeared no obvious recover. As stress to load, SI of just after load reduced at 7,14,28,42 and 56 day after load. SI of 14 day reduced lowest. The SI of 28,42,56 day were gradually reduce lower,In the first four weeks SI of before load lasted at lower lever. The SI of 28 day were 0. 972±0. 114 (t=2. 536,P〈0.05),the SI of 42,56 day were recovered to 1- 114±0. 124 (t=0. 651,P〉0. 05) and 1. 125±0. 097(t= 0. 225,P〉0. 05). Conclusion T-lymphocyte activity could reduced by aerobic exercise stress,and the degree of reduce would be related to adaptation to load. The immunosuppressant in the first four weeks and the adaptation course to load in later four weeks of T-lymphocyte activity was related to modulation of nerve-endocrine-immunity network and regulation of immune cells and immunofactor.
