永州地区健康人群血清TG和TC参考区间的调查

摘　　要：目的 建立符合永州地区健康人群血清三酰甘油（TG）和总胆固醇（TC）的参考区间.方法 应用日立7180全自动生化分析仪及其配套试剂,对永州地区3 608名10岁～79岁经过筛选的健康者血清标本进行血清TG和TC的检测,并按不同性别、不同年龄组进行统计学分析,观察其平均水平和变化范围.结果 永州地区TG的参考区间男性为0.71～2.89 mmol/L,女性为0.59～2.30 mmol/L;TC的参考区间为3.47～6.28 mmol/L.结论 永州地区健康人群血清TG和TC的参考区间因年龄、性别的不同而各有差异,与不同地区的、试剂盒制定的也有差异,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,因此建立该地区人群TG,TC的参考区间,可为临床分析提供准确科学的依据.Objective To establish the reference intervals of serum triglyceride （TG） and total cholesterol （TC） of the healthy people in district Yongzhou. Methods Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer and the corresponding reagents were employed to determine serum TG and TC of 3 608 people between 10 and 79 years old healthy people in district Yongzhou ,then carried out statistical analysis according to gender and age groups ,and observed the average levers and variety ranges. Results TG reference intervals of the men in Yongzhou areas were 0. 71～2.89 mmol/L,while the women were 0. 59～2.30 mmol/L,and TC reference interval were 3.47～6.28 mmol/L. Conclusion The serum TG and TC reference range were varied with differences of age and gender in district Yongzhou ,while the different reagent kits and districts were statistically significant,so the establishment of regional groups~ TG and TC reference interval could provide an accurate analysis basis for clinic.
