摘  要:采用涡流测厚仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪、电化学工作站等,研究了频率和占空比对镁合金微弧氧化膜的厚度、表面形貌和耐蚀性的影响规律。结果表明,随频率的增大,膜层厚度变化不大,但是表面孔径和表面粗糙度都减小,耐蚀性增强;随着占空比的增大,膜层厚度有所增加,表面孔径和表面粗糙度增大,耐蚀性呈先增强后下降的趋势。The effects of frequency and duty ratio on the thickness, morphology and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coatings were investigated by using eddy current thickness measuring gauge, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer and electrochemical workstation. The thickness of MAO coatings is increased with duty ratio increasing but unobviously with frequency increasing. Pore size and roughness of MAO coatings surface is increased with frequency decreasing and duty ratio increasing. The corrosion resistance of MAO coatings is enhanced with frequency decreasing. With the increasing of duty ratio, the corrosion resistance of MAO coating is enhanced firstly,but decreased later when the corrosion resistance is best.
