摘　　要：目的了解安徽省新发涂阳肺结核病人发现延迟的原因及其影响因素。方法通过统一的调查表,收集2003年10月至2005年9月安徽省结核病控制县的新发涂阳肺结核病人的一般情况,用Epidata3.0软件进行数据录入,用Spss11.0软件进行分析。结果影响新发涂阳肺结核患者发现延迟的因素有年龄、性别、地区以及确诊单位等。结论针对病人延迟和医生延迟两方面的影响因素采取相应的措施来减少结核病患者的发现延迟。Objective To look for the reasons of delayed detection of new smear-positive cases with pulmonary tuberculosis（TB） in Anhui province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using standard questionnaires,the basic information of new smear-positive cases with pulmonary TB in TB program counties in Anhui province during the period from October,2003 to September,2005 were collected.Data were input with Epidata 3.0,and analyzed with spss11.0.Results The influencing factors which could delay the detection of new smear-positive cases with pulmonary tuberculosis were age,sex,area and institution which the cases had first been diagnosed and so on.Conclusion The corresponding measures for two delayed reasons should be taken to reduce delayed-detection cases.
