摘  要:随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,数控机床夹具如何快速适应产品变化并充分发挥数控加工设备的加工效能,成为企业关注的重要问题。文中通过对目前常用数控机床夹具应用现状的比较分析,归纳总结了数控机床夹具的发展趋势,并着重介绍了一种能够快速适应产品更新变化需求的柔性夹具系统。柔性夹具系统的应用将有效缩短企业夹具准备周期,提高数控加工设备的加工效能,特别适合中小批量产品的数控加工,是数控机床夹具的一个主要发展方向。With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,the problems that the fixture system for NC machine tools has to face are how to adapt to the rapid change of products and how to improve the efficiency of NC machine tools.Manufacturers have paid more and more attention to those problems.In this paper the development trend of the fixture system for NC machine tools is described and a flexible fixture system which can adapt to the rapid change of products is introduced.The flexible fixture system can shorten the preparation cycle for jigs and improve the efficiency of NC machine tools.It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized batch production and becomes a main trend of the fixture system for NC machine tools.
