摘　　要：现代信息技术的快速发展,不断推动教育技术和教育方式的革新,国家及地方积极进行教育教学资源的建设,以促进教育发展新形势的需要。我国广大藏区教育基础设施相对落后、教学资源严重匮乏,教育发展明显滞后,通过藏族远程教学资源建设,使广大藏区师生通过Internet技术获得优质的教学资源,充分利用现有的硬件设备,提高教学质量,引领课堂教学质量的提升。The rapid development of modern information technology constantly promote innovation of education mode and technology, in order to adapt to the need of education development in the new situation national and local actively carries out education teaching resources. Tibetan education infrastructure is relatively backward, teaching resources serious scarcity and education development obviously lag. Through the Tibetan distance teaching resource construction, Tibetan teachers and students will obtain top quality teaching resources from Internet, make full use of the existing hardware equipment, and improve the quality of teaching.
