摘　　要：构造了一种不同于以往离线电子现金,除满足传统公平离线电子现金的可撤销匿名性外,同时根据需要用户可更新电子现金,避免了由于电子现金到期而未被支付带来的损失。与以往方案相比较,该方案更好的实现了无连接性,安全性、效率都得到提高,是一个实用性很强的公平离线电子现金。An efficient off-line electronic cash system to realize fairness was presented, the storage of bank database for spending E-cash was reduced greatly. In our system, the customer can renew his/her e-cash when the cash is close to the expiration date ,the bank also cannot build a relation-ship between the old e-cash and the new e-cash through the protocol. So this scheme can ensure the truly disconnection among the consumer’ action. The security and efficiency are achieved as opposite to the other proposed schemes .
