摘　　要：刑事案件的构成要素决定侦查方法。雇佣杀人案件与一般杀人案件构成要素在动态和静态方面存在相同点和不同点,因而二者的侦查方法也有共通之处和不同之处。通过一般杀人案件的侦查方法准确确定案件的雇佣性质;在案件定性之后,用雇佣杀人案件特有的侦查方法来推动侦查工作有序进行。The component parts of case decide the investigation methods.Comparing the employed killing case with the common case from the aspect of component parts＇ similarities and dissimilarities is prepared for the settlement of the following two questions：In the firstly period of the investigation,how can we define the ＂employment＂ through the common detection means based on the aspect of component characteristic;how can we use the special investigation to promote the employed killing case＇s solving.
