摘　　要：目前,国内公安院校的警务技能战术课程存在突出的问题,大大影响了警务技能战术训练的质量,在基层实际执法中没有达到理想效果。针对这些现象,应对相应课程进行积极改革创新,加强教官队伍建设,使警务技能战术教学训练更贴近公安实战,满足警察实际执法的需要,顺应当前公安工作面临的新形势和新任务的要求。Nowadays,in our country＇s police colleges,policing tactics courses appear prominent problem,which deeply affects the quality of the policing tactics training,and we can not get the ideal result.Being aim at those appearance,we must take some active improvement for the corresponding courses and enhance the construction of the teaching team,only by this can we make the policing tactics courses accord with the actual combat,to meet the need of the actual law enforcement and to meet the require of the new situation and mission in policing work.
