摘　　要：商法课程资源是课程资源的有机组成部分,其开发和利用应该遵循互动性原则、开放性原则、针对性原则和特色化原则;其开发和利用的重点在教师的主体地位上,资源的载体形成是多元化的。开发商法课程资源应该充分结合当地社区、学校的特色和优势来进行,从社会需求的角度开发课程资源,注重培养学生将来更好地适应社会的能力。The commercial law course resource is the organic part of the course resource,whose development and utilization should obey the rule of interaction,openness,pertinence and differentiation;the point lies in the principal position of the teachers and students,the carrier of the resource are various.To explore the commercial law course should completely combine the local community and the school specialty from the view of the social require,and foster good social adjustment ability of the students.
