摘 要:对8个天然群体的野生樱桃李的14个果实表型性状指标进行了多样性分析。结果表明:野生樱桃李的果实性状存在极丰富变异,天然群体间变异系数平均值为4.3%~38.9%,天然群体内为5.6%~20.3%.通过欧氏距离进行的(UPGMA)聚类分析将8个天然群体划分为4组。主成分分析和方差分析结果显示:果实单果重、果实可溶性固形物含量和果实颜色是造成野生樱桃李天然群体间表型差异的主要因素。Phenotypic diversity analysis of 14 fruit morphological traits of 8 natural populations of Prunus divaricata was made. The results showed that phenotypic traits of natural prunus divaricata were of ex- tremely rich variation. The range mean of fruit phenotypic coefficient of variation within populations was from 5.6 %--20.3 % and among populations from 4.3 %--38.9 %. Based on the morphological characters, cluster analysis showed that 8 populations of Prunus divaricata were divided into 4 groups. Principal component analysis and analysis of variance showed that three characters including single-fruit weight, fruit soluble solids and fruit colour were the main factors resulting in morphological variation between the different natural populations of Prunus divaricata.
