摘  要:2010年对滴水湖及其引水河道沉积物中可培养有机磷细菌(OPB)、无机磷细菌(IPB)的分布变化规律进行了为期1年的调查。结果表明,闸外引水河沉积物中OPB、IPB年平均含量分别为2.76×10~4±1.31×10~4CFU^(·g-1)和7.19×10~3±3.98×10~3CFU·g^(-1);闸内引水河中分别为1.05×10~4±3.56×10~3 CFU·g^(-1)和2.54×10~3±8.77×10~2 CFU·g^(-1);滴水湖中则为6.69×10~3±2.63×10~3 CFU·g^(-1)和1.66×10~3±5.83×10~2 CFU·g^(-1)。滴水湖及其引水河道沉积物中OPB、IPB数量与水体中磷元素含量密切相关,各采样点OPB、IPB数量与总磷(TP)含量均呈极显著正相关,且均高于与总溶解性磷(TDP)、活性磷(AP)的相关系数。The distribution of cultivable organic phosphate solubilizing bacteria (OPB) and inorganic phosphate solubilizing bacteria(IPB) in the sediment of Dishui Lake and its diversion rivers was studied in 2010. Results showed that the annual average values of OPB and IPB in sediment of diversion rivers in front of the inlet gate were (2.76× 10^4± 1.31 × 10^4) and (7.19×10^3±3.98×10^3) CFU·g^-l, respectively; while in rivers after the gate they were (1.05× 10^4±3.56×10^3) and (2.54×10^±8.77× 10^2) CFU·g^-l, respectively. The annual values of OPB and IPB in sediment of Dishui Lake were (6.69×10^3±2.63× 10^3) and (1.66×10^3±5.83× 10^2) CFU·g^-1, respectively. In both Dishui Lake and its diversion rivers, close correlations were observed between OPB (or IPB) amount in sediment and phosphorus concentration in water. OPB or IPB amount had a significantly positive relationship with total phosphorus (TP), and the related coefficients were higher than those with bacteria, total dissolved phosphorus (TDP), and reactive phosphorus (AP).
