摘　　要：高校新产生的知识产品与典藏信息资源的知识产权保护问题,是高校图书馆面临的既传统又具有新颖性的问题。分析了高校图书馆知识产权保护的主要对象,指出了高校图书馆知识产权保护存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。The intellectual property protection of newly-produced knowledge products and treasured information resources in university is a traditional and novel problem faced by university library. This paper analyzes the main objects of intellectual property protection of university library, points out some problems existing in intellectual property protection of university library, and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
