基于档案文献编纂挖掘企业历史文化——以敬修堂档案文献编纂为例

摘　　要：档案文献编纂实质上就是对历史文化的挖掘,实现历史文化的传播和传承。以敬修堂为例,简述基于刀刻、笔写、印刷、复制、摄像等不同载体形式的档案资料,从创业、契约、改制、发展、祖训、品牌等方面对敬修堂档案文献进行编纂,以挖掘企业文化,借鉴前辈的经验和教训,使企业不断发展与进步。In essence, the compilation of archive documents is to mine the historical culture and to realizes the transmission and inheritance of the historical culture. Taking Guangzhou Jingxiutang Pharmaceutical Company Limited as an example, this paper expounds briefly its archival sources with different carrier formats such as knife engraving, brush pen writing, printing, copying, and camera shooting, etc., and from aspects of business establishment, contract, system reform, development, parental guidance, and brand, etc., compiles the archive documents of Guangzhou Jingxiutang Pharmaceutical Company Limited for mining enterprise culture, borrowing ideas from ancestors’ experiences and lessons, and making enterprise get continuous development and progress.
