广东外资利用质量的评估——基于因子分析法的研究

摘　　要：本文运用因子分析法对广东外资利用质量进行了评估。结果表明,外资对广东的出口、税收、对外开放水平、市场化进程的影响一直较大,其次是对经济增长、就业、资本和溢出效应等方面的影响,对技术水平、管理水平和经济质量的影响则主要是负面的。进一步的结构分析表明,广东利用外资模式是数量型非质量型,外资利用质量的整体水平不高。需要制定针对性的产业政策引导外资流向,不断提高外资在广东经济结构优化和经济发展方式转变过程中应有的贡献和作用。This paper estimates the achievement of utilizing FDI in Guangdong by factor analysis.The result shows that,the positive effect of FDI on export,tax,opening-up,marketization is the highest,the effect of FDI on economic growth,employment,capital and spilling-out is higher,but the effect of FDI on technology,management and economic quality is negative.Further structural analysis reveals that,the patter of FDI is quantity-type not quality-type,the total level of the achievement of utilizing FDI is low.Some corresponding industrial policy should be taken to guide for FDI flow direction,increase the role of FDI in optimizing Guangdong economic structure and the transformation of style of economic increase.
