摘　　要：食品安全问题不仅事关广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,对经济发展和社会和谐稳定也是举足轻重的大事。2009年6月1日起正式实施的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》对于依法加强食品安全管理、确保公众饮食安全发挥着至关重要的作用。本文在对《食品安全法》及其相关法律制度简析的基础上,总结了其实施以来的成效,并对其不足之处及相关对策进行了分析探讨。The issue of food safety not only concerns people＇s health and life security,but also plays a decisive role in economic development and social stability.The Food Safety Law of the People＇s Republic of China,which was implemented officially,is extremely important and useful to strengthen food safety management legally and to secure public safety concerning food and beverage.Based on analyses of Food Safety Law and other relative laws and regulations,this paper summarizes the working effect of the Food Safety Law and discusses its limits as well as countermeasures.
