进口石脑油质量技术指标分析与评价

摘　　要：为了全面了解进口石脑油的检验项目、质量技术指标要求,准确掌握进口石脑油的质量技术指标特点,本文对进口石脑油的检验项目及质量指标进行了分析。结果表明:在进口石脑油检验项目及质量技术指标中,检验项目累计达40余项,对烃类组成、馏程、杂质含量、密度等项目进行了不同的限值;其中烃类组成以环烷烃+芳烃、烷烃、环烷烃、芳烃及烯烃单独或部分组合形式加以限值;馏程多对初馏点、终馏点限值,也有对5%、10%、50%、90%、95%馏出点进行限值;杂质检验项目有多有少、质量技术指标各不相同。建议合同中必须对进口石脑油的质量指标加以全面规定。In order to understand the inspection items and requirements of technical quality index of imported naphtha thoroughly and to master the characteristics of quality technical index of imported naphtha accurately,the inspection items and quality index of imported naphtha were analyzed.The result showed that in the inspection items and technical quality index of imported naphtha,there were more than 40 inspection items,and there were limitations for items such as hydrocarbon composition,distillation range,impurity content and density.Hydrocarbon composition was limited to single or partial combination of cycloalkane plus aromatic hydrocarbon,alkane,cycloalkane,aromatic hydrocarbon and olefin.Limitations for distillation range were usually to initial distillation point and final distillation point,while there were also limitations against 5%,10%,50%,90%,95% distillation points.As for impurity content items,there was not consensus in the amount and technical quality index.It was suggested that quality index of imported naphtha should be comprehensively specified in the contract.
