院内应急处置流程在批量烧伤伤员早期救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨院内应急处置流程在批量烧伤伤员早期救治中的作用。方法制订院内应急处置流程,成立应急抢救小组,并组织烧伤知识学习及批量伤员应急救治流程演练,在批量烧伤伤员早期救治中启动院内应急处置流程。结果有效缩短抢救时间、伤员来院至开展救治的时间(P<0.01),抢救成功率达到100.00%。结论在批量烧伤伤员早期救治中熟练实施应急处置流程,合理调配人力、物力,做好医院各部门间组织协调,可确保救治流程的畅通,提高批量烧伤伤员救治成功率。Objective To explore the effects of the hospital emergency response procedures applied in the early treatment for mass burn patients.Methods The measures included formulating the hospital emergency response procedures, establishing an emergency rescue team ,organizing them to learn knowledge about burn care, drilling the emergency response procedures, and implementing the emergency response procedures in the early treatment for mass burn patients. Results The time from admission to rescue and the time of rescue was reduced （P 〈0.01 ）, and the success rate of rescue was 100.00%. Conclusion In the early treatment of mass burn patients ,skilled implementation of disposal processes ,reasonable allocation of human and material resources,good organization and coordination among different departments can ensure the smooth flow of treatment processes and improve the success rate of mass burn patients treatment.
