摘　　要：老上海的私营与以"商"为主的电影制片体制和产业传统是一笔宝贵的财富。从产业发展角度来看,私营制片体制所具有的自由、灵活、平等竞争等优点,都是电影产业能够健康发展的有力保障;从文化和政治的角度来看,私营体制下的电影公司便于保持一种若即若离的民间立场,形成一个连接"官"与"民"的公共空间,既受商业利益的驱动,又常怀"教化社会"的良心,因此能在电影企业、观众、政府三者之间构成一种张力平衡。The private-invested and business-oriented movie-making system and industrial tradition is a rich heritage.In terms of industrial development,the advantages typical of private movie-making system,such as freedom,flexibility and fair competition,ensure this industry to develop in a healthy way.While in terms of culture and politics,the movie companies privately invested,as a form of lukewarm non-governmental force,become a common space shared by both the authority and the folk,driven by the business benefit and cherishing the conscience of social edification,so that it could construct an equilibrium of tension among the industry,the spectators,and the government.
