摘　　要：目的通过组织管理和护理环节质量管理,保证有效畅通的绿色通道,提高抢救效率和水平。方法护理人员分组分工式管理和护理环节质量管理相结合。结果批量危重伤员的救治工作有条不紊,保证了抢救的效率和质量,急诊抢救脱险率达99.07%。结论分组分工式管理和多环节护理质量管理的探索研究,对批量伤员的组织抢救具有积极作用。Objective To explore the organization and nursing quality management so as to ensure effective and smoothing green channel and improve theefficiency and level of rescue. Methods The combination of group work management and link - quality management of nursing was adopted. Results The rescue work of mass casualties was implemented methodically, and the efficiency and quality of rescue was ensured. The rate of success to go through the emergent situation was up to 99.07%. Conclusion The exploration research of group work management and muhi - link quality management has positive effects on the rescue of mass casualties.
