摘 要:目前对护士长的绩效评价多采用主观指标,缺乏理论支持及量化标准,存在较多的局限性。文章阐述了目前绩效评价常用方法、护士长绩效评价常用指标和局限性等,以期建立科学的护士长绩效评价体系,对其进行公平、公正、合理地考核,以增强护士长工作责任心和危机感,提高其竞争意识及护理管理质量。At present, there were many limitations in the head nurse performance evaluation, such as mostly using the subjective indicators and lack of theoretical supports and quantization standards. This research reviewed the evaluation methods ,common indicators and limitations of the head nurse performance evaluation, so as to provide basis for establishing the scientific performance evaluation system for head nurses to evaluate the nurses fairly, openly and reasonably, which would enhance head nurses" sense of responsibility and crisis, and improve their competitive consciousness and the quality of nursing management.
