摘 要:目的探索护理信息管理在护理工作中的应用及成效。方法结合医院的具体实践,总结了病房护士工作站、门急诊护士工作站、中心供应工作站、药品集中调配工作站、护理管理信息系统等模块的应用及其功能。结果数字化建设提高了护理工作效率,缩短了患者就诊等待时间;提高了患者对护理工作满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。同时,也提高了护士对工作的满意度,除享受工作项目外,其他均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理工作数字化建设可以提高工作效率、提升满意度、强化管理、增强效益等效果。Objective To explore the utilization and effectiveness of nursing information management for clinical nursing care in hospital. Methods Corn-bined with the practical experience in our hospital,we generalized the application and function in building up various work stations for nurses in wards, and out - patient and emergency departments, central supply, and drug supply, and nursing information management systems. Results The digitalization of clinical nursing care could improve the work efficiency of nursing, decrease the waiting time of patients, thus increase the patients'satisfation to the nursing work, the differents were statistically significant( P 〈 0.01 orP 〈 0.05 ). At the same time, but improve the nurse's job satisfaction, in addition to enjoying the work itmes, other differents were all statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The digitalization of clinical nursing care could enhance the efficiency and satisfaction of nursing care and strengthen the information management.
