摘  要:目的利用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)探讨不同HbA_1c水平T2DM患者的血糖特点。方法将178例T2DM患者按HbA_1c水平分为3个组,通过CGMS进行血糖监测。结果各组HbA_1c与全天平均血糖值(24hMBG)均有相关性(P<0.05),与平均血糖漂移幅度(MAGE)无相关性。HbA_1c≤7.5%时,餐后血糖与之相关性较好(P<0.05)。HbA_1c>7.5%时,与三餐前血糖相关性较好(P<0.05)。结论 HbA_1c代表血糖的整体水平,但不能反映血糖的稳定性,而CGMS可反映血糖的波动规律。HbA_1c和CGMS联合应用更加有利于血糖的综合管理。Objective To study the characteristics of blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS). Method 178 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into three group and blood glucose was measured by CGMS for 3 days. Results (1) 24h mean blood glucose had a correlation with HbA1c(P〈0. 05), but the mean amplitude of glucose excursion (MAGE) is independent of HbA1c. (2)When the HbA1c≤7.5%, postprandial glucose had a correlation with MAGE(P〈0.05). The preprandial glucose had better correlation when HbA1 c〉7.5%(P〈0.05). Conclusions (1)The mean daily glycemia highly correlates with HbA1c. (2)Combined application of HbA1 c and CGMS is beneficial to glucose management.
