摘 要:以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,甲基丙烯酸(MA)和氯乙醇为原料合成甲基丙烯酸氯乙酯。以环己烷为带水剂、对苯二酚为阻聚剂,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度对收率的影响。优化了合成工艺,结果表明,甲基丙烯酸氯乙酯合成的优化条件为:n(氯乙醇)∶n(甲基丙烯酸)=1.4∶1、催化剂加量为2%(以反应物总质量计)、反应时间为6 h、反应温度为90℃,收率可达90%以上。The synthesis of methacrylic acid ethyl chloride from chloride ethanol and methyl acrylic acid catalyzed by p-toluene sulfonic acid has been studied. Cyclohexane and hydroquinone were used as the (MA) water- carrying agent and the polymerization inhibitor, respectively. The reaction conditions such as the catalyst loading, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid, the reaction time and the reaction temperature were studied. The target product was obtained in 90% yield under optimized conditions.
