摘  要:利用三维CAD/CAM软件设计轮胎胎侧模具花纹,采用在平面上规划刀位轨迹、然后向胎侧模具曲面投影的方法获得实际加工刀位轨迹。为了尽量避免或减小投影后花纹变形以及保证加工深度的一致性,提出了刀位轨迹近似锥面投影算法和深度误差处理策略。并通过实际加工验证了该算法和策略的稳定性和可靠性。The tire side mold pattern was designed by three-dimensional CAD / CAM software. Firstly planning of tool-path on the plane, secondly projecting the tool-path from plane to curved surfaces of the tire side molds, actual tool-path was obtained. In order to avoid or reduce the distortion of patterns after projection and to ensure the consistency of the processing depth, the algorithm of toolpath projection on the approximative conical surface and the strategy of depth error handling were proposed. The stableness and reliability of the algorithm and the strategy are validated through actual processing.
