摘　　要：针对某螺纹插装阀在实际使用中通流能力小的问题,对该插装阀的结构进行分析,并利用CFD软件工具Fluent对其阀口特性进行仿真分析,研究不同结构下插装阀的流量特性,进行分析比较,并提出相应的结构优化方案。Aiming at the problem of a thread cartridge valve＇s small flow capacity in actual use, the structure of the cartridge valve was analyzed. By Fluent software, the valve port characteristics were analyzed with simulation. The flow characteristics of car- tridge valves with different structure were studied, and analyzing and comparing were made. Related optimized structure solutions were presented.
