摘 要:为了解决传统摩擦式螺旋压力机耗能高、不能数字化控制的问题,对无摩擦传动的新型开关磁阻数控螺旋压力机进行了研究,分析了螺杆旋转式、直动式和螺旋式机型的方案与特点,提出了滑块位移、速度、打击能量和打击力等参数控制原理、方案及其设计方法。实际应用与检测表明,开关磁阻数控螺旋压力机满足了用户按制件加工工艺数字化设置打击行程、打击能量和打击力的需求。该设备能够完全替换摩擦压力机,实现高效节能、智能数控的生产目标。In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption and incapable numerical control of traditional friction screw presses, the new types of screw presses by NC switched reluctance driver without friction transmission were studied. The solutions and characteristics of the round or straight or helix motion of the screw shafts were analyzed. The design principles, schemes and methods of control parametem of slide displacement and speed, hitting energy and force were put forward. The practical applications and measurements indicate that the user's requirements of hitting stroke, energy and force set digitally by part machining processes are satisfied by the screw presses by NC switched reluctance driver. The friction presses can be replaced by the equipments completely, and the targets Of high efficiency, saving energy and intelligently numerical control can be realized in production.
