基于社会网络分析的显性知识转移网络特征研究——以哈尔滨市50家典型机构为例

摘　　要：基于网络信息检索对哈尔滨市区域创新系统内部代表性强的8家高校、10家科研院所和32家企业所组成知识转移网络进行分析,运用Ucinet软件绘制了显性知识转移网络图,研究了各产业领域知识转移网络的密度和机构网络节点中心度等网络要素,发现交通运输产业领域、农\林\食品产业领域、电子通信\电气产业领域知识转移网络较为发达,知识转移能力较强,揭示通过培育高校、研究所以及大型企业哈电集团、生产配件型企业爱迪压铸等中介性较强的机构可以有效加快与优化哈尔滨市区域创新系统内部的知识转移。Based on the network information retrieval, this paper makes a study of knowledge transfer network of eight universities, ten research institutes and thirty-two enterprises in Harbin regional innovation system. The research maps a cooperative network diagram of knowledge transfer network in Harbin regional innovation system, studies the density and the structure of the network, and finds that knowledge transfer network and the ability of knowledge transfer in Transportation industries, agriculture, agriculture, food industries, on, electric industries, are the strongest and reveals that through cultivating networks of universities, research institutes large-lot producer like Harbin Power Group, parts enterprise like Eddie Die-casting can effectively promote and optimize knowledge transfer in Harbin regional innovation system.
