摘  要:介绍了以堇青石多孔陶瓷过滤管为核心的陶瓷过滤装置,并与小型生物质流化床气化炉进行联动实验,考察了生物质粗燃气流量、燃气温度及反吹对陶瓷管过滤效果的影响,并总结了运行过程中存在的问题。实验结果表明:陶瓷管的压降随着粗燃气流量Q增大而明显升高且上升速度加快,当Q=14.8Nm3/h时,陶瓷管压降在900s内由初始值约3000Pa上升到10000Pa以上,陶瓷管的过滤效率偏低,仅为76.2%,反吹对陶瓷管的再生效果明显,但焦油的影响使陶瓷管过滤低温燃气时很难正常工作。A filter mainly composed of porous ceramic tubes is proposed in this paper.The performances of the filter were tested by fuel gas from biomass fluidized bed gasifier,and the influences of fuel gas flow rate,fuel gas temperature and filter blowback have been investigated.The results show that,the filter efficiency is as low as 76.2% and the pressure drop of the ceramic tube significantly increases with the fuel gas flow rate accelerated.It takes only 900s for the pressure drop to rise from 3000Pa to 10000Pa at the fuel gas flow rate of 14.8Nm3/h.The filter can regenerate well through blowback but hardly functions in low-temperature fuel gas because of tar.
