摘  要:为提高内源微生物驱采收率,调查大庆油田聚驱后区块的油藏微生物,并采集油水样,分析内源微生物的总数、类型和分布规律.研究聚驱后油藏中的细菌和古菌,利用PCR-DGGE指纹图谱、16SrDNA克隆文库的序列的生物进化树(确立微生物种类)和油藏微生物群落的16SrDNA多态性,得到内源微生物群落的16SrRNA基因分布图谱,从分子水平上分析油藏不同区块中内源细菌和古菌的分布情况、群落结构、生物多样性,以及微生物群落中各种细菌和古菌的组成及其种群大小.结果表明:聚驱后油藏油井产出水中内源微生物数量为103~104个/mL,大庆聚驱后油藏中存在丰富多样的微生物资源,非常适合内源微生物采油技术.这种驱油模式为聚驱后区块内源微生物激活剂的选择,以及内源微生物驱油机理提供参考.A comprehensive investigation of large-scale microbe in Daqing polymer flooding oil field was carried out.Water samples collected on the total number of microorganism,type and distribution were analyzed.Bacteria and archaea of polymer flooding reservoirs was selected.By using PCR-DGGE fingerprinting,16S rDNA clone library sequence analysis of the biological evolution tree(the establishment of microbial species),and the analysis of microbial communities 16S rDNA reservoir polymorphisms,indigenous bacteria distribution of microbial communities 16S rRNA gene map was studied.From the molecular level,in different field of bacteria and archaea distribution,community structure,biodiversity,and the microbial community in a variety of bacteria and archaea and the composition of its population size was researched.The number of bacterial and archaea in oil reservoir after polymer flooding produced water was 103~104 number/mL.The results show that after polymer flooding in Daqing oil reservoir the microbe exists in a variety of resources,indigenous bacteria l enhanced oil recovery technology is ideal.The method provides the choice of indigenous microbial activators,and MEOR mechanism to provide a theoretical reference.
