摘 要:针对油田常规环状掺水集输流程特点,分析常规流程的掺水量与掺水温度、系统总能耗之间的关系,找出常规流程存在的节能"瓶颈",借鉴地下埋管换热器"热短路"现象,提出新的环状掺水集输流程,建立2种环状集输掺水环路的能量平衡模型.结果表明:(1)掺水量增加,环路温度降低,联合站掺水温度越高,环内温度波动越大;掺水温度高,系统能耗大,掺水量低,掺水量和系统能耗随着温度变化曲线存在交叉点.(2)常规流程的节能"瓶颈"是考虑保证联合站回油温度时,需使计量间回油温度高于联合站回油温度,从而使计量间内各环回油温度不低于联合站回油温度.(3)新的环状集输掺水环路使满足系统运行的掺水量和系统总能耗减小,计量间内环路回油温度降低,计量间环路能耗减小20%左右.该研究结果对于指导油田环状掺水集输流程改造具有一定的借鉴作用.The influence of water temperature and system energy with different water flux in conventional cyclic water gathering process were analyzed based on the properties of conventional cyclic water gathering process,and the key question of energy saving was attained.A novel cyclic water gathering process was introduced according to the thermal short circuiting theory of borehole heat exchanger in the ground.Energy conservation models of different systems were proposed.And the calculations of different systems were studied by using models.The results show that with the water flux increasing,the temperatures of cyclic process decrease;and the temperatures fluctuating extent of cyclic process were more severe with the water temperature of union station increasing.With the water temperature increasing,the system energy increases,and the water flux decreases;the curves intercrossing of system energy and water flux exist with water temperature increasing.The key question of energy saving was established in conventional cyclic water gathering process,with the oil arrival temperature of cyclic process and measurement station being higher than union station,considering the oil arrival temperature of union station.The system energy and water flux in the novel cyclic water gathering process were less than conventional one with the same conditions.And with the oil arrival temperature decreasing,the cyclic process energy was 20% less than conventional one.The conclusions play an important role in improving the cyclic water gathering process in oilfields.
