摘  要:以发动机气缸盖为研究对象,通过故障模式分析找到关键故障模式,借助有限元仿真进行温度场、应力场的耦合分析,基于响应面法给出热固耦合条件下结构可靠性模型,应用一次二阶矩法求解了气缸盖的结构可靠性,并给出各随机因素对气缸盖结构可靠性的灵敏度。该方法适用于气缸盖及相似构件的改进设计及分析。For the cylinder head of engine, the key fault modes were found by analyzing fault modes, the coupling analysis of temperature and stress fields was carried out by referring to the finite element software, the model of structural reliability under thermosetting coupling conditions was built with the response surface method, the structural reliability degree of cylinder head was calculated with the first order second moment (FOSM) method and the sensitivity of random factors to cylinder head reliability was acquired. It was further found that the method could be applied to the design and analysis of cylinder head and its similar parts.
