摘 要:封严技术一直是高性能航空发动机研发工作的重要组成部分,先进封严技术是满足发动机耗油率、推重比、污染物排放、耐久性及寿命期成本目标的关键技术。通过减少发动机内部气流的泄漏量,可大大提高发动机的性能和效率。本文针对航空发动机典型封严技术,详细介绍了石墨封严、篦齿封严、刷式封严的结构特点及其技术改进和发展趋势。重点阐述了德国MTU公司开发的新型刷式封严技术,其独特的结构解决了刷式封严掉毛这一技术难题。Sealing technology has always been a significant part of high-performance aero-engine development. And advanced sealing technology is the key to achieve lower SFC, higher thrust-to-weight ratio, less emission, improved endurance and less life cycle cost. The performance and efficiency of aero-engines can be greatly improved by reducing the leakage of inner flow. Focusing on the typical seal technology used in aero-engines, this paper introduces the features, technology improvement and development tendencies of graphite sealing, labyrinth sealing and brush sealing in details, particularly the new brush sealing technolo-gy developed by MTU, which solved bristle looses by its unique configuration.
