摘　　要：家庭贫困学生问题是目前高校发展中较为突出的问题之一。高校不仅要给予他们物质上的资助,更要给予他们精神上的帮扶。通过分析高校家庭贫困学生问题突出的主要原因以及他们思想和心理状况,并结合广药生科院学生资助工作的实践,提出如何做好家庭贫困学生工作的具体对策。Impoverished undergraduates is one of the most important problems with which colleges have to face in their development.University should give the impoverished undergraduates not only economic imbursement but also physiological assistance.By analyzing the major reasons why the impoverished undergraduate problems exist in colleges and the mentation of the impoverished undergraduates,the paper put forward some suggestions to solve the impoverished undergraduate problems combining with the students management practice.
