摘  要:对‘立冬本’(♀)ב青壳宝圆’(♂)杂交组合后代94个株系的遗传变异进行分析,结果表明:果肉黄酮含量的遗传符合数量性状连续变异的遗传特点。杂交后代群体中果肉黄酮含量表现差异,聚类分析存在超双亲的株系,筛选中偏高果肉黄酮含量的龙眼株系96-125、96-75、96-141共3个。组合传递力为96.48%,表现为低亲遗传,总体表现趋中变异,但也有超高亲的遗传变异,低低亲、高高亲比率均为12.77%。The inheritance and changes of aril flavonoid content in 94 longan hybrid progenies of 'Lidongben' ( ♂ ) ×Qingkebaoyuan' ( ♀ ) were studied. The results showed that aril flavonoid content was accorded with the pattern of quantitative character and continuous variation genetic character. There were super parent plant lines in hybrid progenies by cluster analysis based on different content, such as '96-125', '96-75', '96-141', which belonged to the group of high aril flavonoid. Its average inheritance of transfer ability was 96.48%. The general hybrid progenies shows mid-parents inheritance tendency, but there were also some lines belonged to low and high parent inheritance tendency, both of which were 12.77%.
