摘  要:为了解木薯单爪螨的生态适应性,解析其入侵、扩散机制,研究了温度对木薯单爪螨生长发育与繁殖的影响。结果表明,温度对木薯单爪螨生长发育及繁殖存在显著影响。在21-42℃温度范围内.木薯单爪螨的发育历期在2l℃条件下最长,为(370±12)h,39℃下最短,仅为(224±24)h;42oC高温下,木薯单爪螨卵不能孵化,是木薯单爪螨生长发育的极端高温,在此极端高温下,木薯单爪螨各龄螨最多仅存活66h.不能进一步发育;在36qc和39℃高温下,木薯单爪螨发育历期较短,发育速率较快,但产卵量低,卵的孵化率显著降低.仅分别为32.1%和13.4%:24~27℃为木薯单爪螨生长发育与繁殖的最适应温度范围。MononcheUus tanajioa, resulting in great loss in yield or even no harvest in Africa and South America, is a new invasion quarantine mite in China. The influence of temperature on the development and reproduction of M. tanajioa were investigated to reveal its ecological suitability as well as its invasion and spread mechanism. The results showed that temperature, especially high temperatures had important effect on the development and reproduction ofM. tanajioa. The development duration ofM. tanajioa was the longest in 21 °C, (370±12) h, and that was the shortest in 39 °C, (224±24) h. The tolerance ofM. tanajioa to high temperature was lower than Tetranychus cinnabarinus, a vastly distributed mite in China. 42 °C was the extremely high temperature for development and reproduction of M. tanajioa larvae, protonymphs, deutonymphs and adults. The egg hatching rate were 0 and the larvae, protonymphs, deutonymphs could not develop to the next stage and died in 66 h under 42 °C exposures, as well as the newly emerged adults. In 36°C and 39 °C, the development duration was the shortest and the growth was the quickest of all mites, but the fecundity of the females was decreased significantly, and the hatchability of eggs was only 32.l% and 13.4%, respectively. The fittest temperature range was about 24 °C°27°C for M. tanajioa.
