高职院校干部队伍机制建设研究——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：建设一支高素质的高职院校干部队伍是确保党的教育方针全面贯彻落实和提高党的执政能力的关键,同时也是提高高职院校办学治校能力的关键。以北京工业职业技术学院干部队伍建设为切入点,着重从干部培养机制、干部选拔任用机制、干部考评体系等几个方面探讨加强干部队伍建设的有效措施,以期建设一支政治素质高、思想作风正、服务意识好、工作能力强的干部队伍。Building up a high-quality management team in vocational colleges is a key element to ensure the Party＇s education policy being fully implemented and to make sure the college＇s management ability being improved.Aiming to build up a team with high political equipment,appropriate ideological style,good serving sense and work ability,this paper takes Beijing Polytechnical College as an example,focusing on training system,nomination and appointing mechanism,evaluation and other aspects to discover the effective methods of team management.
