摘　　要：基于水泥回转窑旋风预热器远程监控系统的要求,应用多线程技术实现了旋风预热器整个运行过程中的数据采集处理、图像动态显示、数据库访问以及故障报警等多任务的同步运行,从而提高了整个系统的运行效率和速度。Based on the requirements of Cement Rotary Kiln Preheater Cyclones Remote Monitoring System, the muhithread technology was used to realize multiple tasks simultaneously such as the data acquisition and its processing, the dynamic display of image from the whole work of cyclone preheater, database access, as well as malfunction alarm, which improved efficiency and speed of the whole system .
