摘　　要：依据Hyland关于"元话语"定义,《红楼梦》叙事元话语是指小说中用来协商语篇互动意义的程式化表达式,可分为交际类和互动类两大类型,以帮助作者建构书场语境,易于与读者进行交流。Based on the definition of metadiscourse given by Ken Hyland,the narrative metadiscourse of Hong Lou Meng refers to those formular expressions habitually used by the professional story-tellers to negotiate the texual meanings between the writer and the readers,in hope that the writer could construct a story-telling situation in his writing so as to make his communication with the latter easier.The narrative metadiscourse has also been classified into two categories,the communicative and the interactional.
