摘　　要：通过访问韩国科教部和韩国科学技术评价院等政府网站,研读韩国科学技术相关部门的研究报告,对韩国科学技术评价体系进行了梳理与总结的基础上,重点分析了韩国R&D项目评价机构和评价制度的转换过程,探究其动因,从中得到完善我国科学技术评价体系的一些启事。This article, by visiting the websites of Science and Education Ministry of South Korea and Science and Technol-ogy Evaluation Institutes of South Korea and other governments, studies the research reports from South Korea science and technology - related sector of based on combination and summary from South Korean science and technology evaluation system, it focuses on the analysis of the conversion process of South Korean R ＆ D project evaluation agencies and system, explores its affecting factors and gets some notices for improving current scientific and technical evaluation system in China.
