摘　　要：区域经济与区域创新能力是区域创新系统的两个关键子系统,区域创新系统绩效的高低取决于区域创新能力与区域经济两个子系统间的协同耦合。从系统协同论思想出发,通过构建区域创新能力与区域经济的协调度及耦合协调发展度模型,综合测度区域创新绩效水平,并以河北省为例进行实证研究。The regional economic system and the innovation capacity system is the key element of the Regional Innovation？System （RIS）. Their interaction and coupling coordination degree determines the level of the RIS performance. As for the comprehensive performance measurement, the paper constructs a coupling coordinative culculation model between the regional economic system and the innovation capacity system with the help of coupling function in physics. At last it makes an empirical study taking Hebei as an example.
