摘　　要：针对甘肃科技发展特点,设计指标体系,对甘肃省重点实验室的建设规模、地域和技术领域分布、研究人员素质、科技基础设施和设备等进行了调查,对重点实验室创新性研究成果和自主知识产权、科技创新及成果转化能力、科技创新人才培养及团队建设等创新绩效进行了分析,提出了甘肃省重点实验室发展的建议,为今后甘肃省重点实验室的发展规划提供参考和借鉴。According to the characteristics of Gansu science and technology development, the paper designed the indexsystem. It also surveyed the construction scale,regional and technical field distribution, researchers＇ quality, scienceand technology infrastructure and equipment of key laboratories in Gansu. The paper analyzed the key lab＇ s innovative performances of creative research and independent intellectual property rights, scientific and technological innovation and achievements transformation ability, talents training of science and technology training and team - building. Also it put forward some suggestions to the future development of key laboratories of Gansu province, in order to provide consultation and reference for the further development planning of Gansu key laboratory.
