摘　　要：全面质量管理是当今国际上非常重要的管理技术,利用全面质量管理技术可以有效提高科研项目的管理工作。通过分析地震科研项目的特点,寻找地震科研项目与质量管理的结合点和控制点,探讨如何利用科学质量管理思想对地震科研项目进行质量控制和评价,帮助提高地震科研项目工作的管理绩效,促进地震科研创新。Total quality management is a very important international management technology today. It can efficiently improve the management of scientific research projects. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the scientific research projeers of earthquake to find the combination point and control point between scientific research projects and quality control. It studied how to use the scientific quality management idea to do quality control and evaluation of the earthquake scientific research projects. Quality control can improve the management performance of earthquake scientific research projects and promote earthquake scientific research innovation.
