摘 要:利用网室内人工接种法对103份不同省份大豆新品种(系)进行了弱毒株系SMV1和强毒株系SMV3的抗性鉴定。结果表明,抗SMV1株系的大豆新品种(系)有95份,占参试材料的92.2%,抗SMV3株系的品种(系)有53份,占参试材料的51.5%;兼抗SMV1和SMV3的有51份,占参试材料的49.5%,其中高抗SMV1和SMV3的有33份,占参试材料的32.0%,这部分材料在大豆实际生产中应充分加以利用。One hundred and three new soybean cultivars (lines) from different provinces were screened for resistance to SMV1 and SMV3 strain by the inoculation in net house. The results showed that 95 soybean cultivars (lines) inoculated with SMV1 were resistant account for 92.2%, 53 cultivars (lines) inoculated with SMV3 were resistant account for 51.5%; 51 cultivars (lines) inoculated with SMV1 and SMV3 at the same time were resistant account for 49.5%, 33 including 51 cultivars (lines) inoculated with SMV1 and SMV3 at the same time were high resistant account for 32.0%, these germplasm were very important and should be utilized adequately in soybean production.
