摘 要:应用三即时的饱水土培技术,研究了影响沙棘扦插成活率的本质性因素,探讨其与扦插成活率之间的关系及规律,从而为提高沙棘扦插成活率提供理论基础及技术支撑。结果表明,树势强、抗逆性强的品种扦插成活率较高,蒙俄杂14的2年硬枝扦插成活率最高可达91.67%,首都的嫩枝扦插成活率最高可达88.33%;随着树龄增大,成活率呈逐渐下降趋势;在相同品种和树龄下,2年生硬枝插穗高于1年生硬枝插穗扦插成活率。Three instantand, water saturated and soil culture technology was used to study the essential factors which affected the survival rate of sea buckthorn cuttings. To explore the relationship and law between above factors and cutting survival rate, so as to improve the cutting survival rate of sea buckthorn and provide a theoretical basis and technical support. The results showed that there was a higher cutting survival rate among the varieties which were strong growth vigor and strong resistance. The hardwood cutting survival rate of two years old Mengeza14 was up to 91.67%; the softwood cutting survival rate of Shoudu was up to 88.33%; with increasing age, the survival rate showed a downward trend; in the same variety and age, two years old hardwood cutting's survival rate was higher than one year old hardwood cutting's one.
